California Here I Come

Everytime I even see the word 'California' these days I get so excited.

I'm going to California in TWO days to see Ben.
AND I'm going to school there for a whole semester in L.A. Just got my acceptance letter for CSUN, I'm not sure why though. I'm not transferring...? I cannot wait to actually live there for a short time. Maybe I'll finally get to go to Disneyland.

I'm just so excited for life in general I had to get it out! :)

Being Creative

I had a meeting with my advisor and everything for class registration for next fall is set up. Which means I can plan for my classes I'll take in Cali next spring! Yay. When registration time comes around it seems like the end of the year is super close. Only 51 days until my first year of college is over.

So our RA is awesome. She put up blank posters for each room to decorate and I did ours today! :) I love it.

Wonderful world of Blogging

I'm starting a blog because I have some exciting adventures coming up in my life. I guess I feel the need to record into the World Wide Web.

My first year at MSU is almost over and I'm happy with it, and also happy its over. As I saw on someone's Facebook who put it so well, "College just isn't the promised land I thought it would be." Or something close to that...? But its definitely fun.

My year included a whole semester of letter writing with Ben. Then seeing him graduate from Bootcamp in Cali. Soon I'll go back to see him. On Easter weekend. What an experience that has been.

This summer I'm working for a camp called Camp War Eagle. Its still so far away I haven't gotten excited about it yet, but I'm getting there. I can't wait to just work and serve for 6 weeks in Aransas.

Next fall at MSU I'm getting my first apartment with Paige and Megan, and I'm reallly looking forward to that!

In the spring I'm doing the National Student Exchange. NSE lets students do a sort of 'study abroad' for a semester or year in the country. So I'm studying away in California at California State University in Northridge. That was a LOT of work to get into and paperwork to do. From here on out I just have to keep my GPA and stay out of trouble. Not too bad.

And thats a year from now! A lot of amazing things in store for me. I'm constantly amazed at what God can do and wondering about what he has planned for me. Can't wait!
So, stay tuned to see how everything unfolds :)

Hoping I keep up with this,
Angela
